1. System overview:
Physical examination queuing system refers to the intelligent call and queuing management system used in the hospital physical examination center. Unlike the queuing system, there are more items for physical examination than a single diagnosis (such as dermatology), such as a complete physical examination project has many items such as internal medicine, surgery, facial features, electrocardiogram and so on. This involves the problem of multiple queuing calls, a single queuing system is not enough to meet the physical examination items, I developed a physical examination queuing call system can effectively solve the physical examination center queuing call problem.
Two, system queuing process:
1. Physical examination personnel go to the front desk of the physical examination center to get the queuing ticket and sign the ID card with the payment slip, and the front desk staff input the information of the physical examination items.
2. Physical examination personnel choose to sign into the queuing department according to the queuing situation of each department (an ID card reader is installed at the door of each department).
3. doctors in the physical examination department click on the "next button" on the virtual calling device to call the physical examination personnel.
4. the medical personnel heard or saw the prompt information on the door display of the Department, and then went to the Department for physical examination.
5. Physical examination personnel continue to check up in 2-3-4 order after the completion of a project, until all items are completed.
Remarks: queue up is the final time to sign in.
Network connection: Physical examination queuing management software, doctor's caller, clinic door display screen, waiting area display screen, clinic door ID card reader can be connected with the hospital's existing LAN.
Call number: caller can call medical personnel.
Call information shows: the doctor's name, professional title, photographs and room number, medical personnel name, physical examination number and other information can be displayed at the door of the clinic. The waiting area can support the waiting main display screen and the waiting auxiliary display screen.
Voice Number: When a doctor calls, the voice box in the waiting area can voice the number of the physical examiner, the name of the physical examiner, the name of the physical examination item and the corresponding physical examination room number.
Queuing call: can read the hospital HIS medical registration information queuing; can also be manually allocated medical equipment queuing.
Passed Call Re-Call: Can return to the call queue for the expired physical examination ticket, and can call it first.
Information release: The display screen of the waiting area and the door of the clinic all support receiving and displaying information release, and the information format supports text, picture, audio and video files.
Power outage data protection: queuing data can be retained without sudden outage.
Report statistics: daily data can be stored and saved.
